STER KINEKOR TAKE 7 - 14 DAYS TO REFUND

I purchased tickets on Ster Kinekor's website on 30/01/2015 to go at see 50 SHADES OF GREY at Greenstone Mall in Edenvale on Saturday night 14/02/2015. I paid for these tickets with my credit card. Due to load shedding, we were unable to watch the movie. One of Ster Kinekor's employees gave me a number to call to get a refund of my payment. I called the call centre this morning and was told that a refund would take 7 to 14 working days. I don't feel that this is correct. When I purchased my ticket, it didn't take 7 to 14 days for my payment to go through, so why should it take 7 - 14 days for my refund. Ster Kinekor, I expect my refund within the next 3 working days!!!!.
