Ster-kinekor *****s money

First of all i am very upset with your company, i have requested for my fan club card to be be cancelled two months back and yet you guys are still taking money out of my account i was told this will be resolved but seems to me it has not been resolved , i would like to request a refund because i no longer want any services from you !! you are a disgrace of a company *****ing peoples money out of their account !

I have had it with ster-kinekor and the fact that no manager or anyone from their business has contacted me is so unprofessional you guys owe me money since two months ago and i still have not gotten anything back
