Ster-Kinekor *****s Money!!

My family and I went for a movie at Brooklyn's Ster-Kinekor branch. They have changed their system whereby you can buy online your drinks and popcorn(Problem 1). After our tickets were bought we only noticed the online buying mechanism, thus I stood in a line to buy myself a slushy. The attendee said to buy the drink at the self help counter, whereby I did, but after paying my slip came out with nothing on it(Problem 3). I reported this and no attendee could help me, they just stood there and did nothing. After 20 minutes the manager was called . They took my bank card and looked on the system to see if they can see the purchase but the system is programmed to look for a booking and not just drinks, thus they did not see anything. By this time our movie started and we complained about it, the attendees said to us let your family go watch the movie and you wait here - wait what! They want me to miss the movie because their systems are useless. After 10 minutes the manager said to us the money was reserved and will be back in our bank in 24 hours - This was a lie, the money went through on our side and we showed them. They said they can do nothing. This was the worst service and customer experience I have ever had in Ster-Kinekor. Ster-Kinekor stole my money!!
