Ster-Kinekor *****ing my money
I was trying to buy tickets for Endgame on 2 April. I was charged for 8 tickets I never received (R864). I've emailed them as per their instructions on their FB page on 3 April. They asked for my phone number on 5 April, which I sent to them on the same day. It is now 22 April and I've received no phone calls or any further communication. How long do I have to wait for a refund??? This is unacceptable.
