Ster Kinekor Somerset Mall broken toilets and worn theatre seats: Meaningless standard response

<p>On 23/01 I pointed out SK's lack of response to concerns regarding broken toilets and worn theatre seats at Somerset Mall. They sent a computer generated standard response to hellopeter on 25/01, the same "response" I received back in Dec 2016. This is meaningless and they did not bother to respond to me personally, nor to CN Coetzee who pointed out the same issue on 09/01 on HP.</p>
