Ster Kinekor should get some training from Numetro

I have been to the movies numerous times and everytime you can hear the movie in the other theater. it is so frustrating! the last time I was there I told them and yet they did nothing. the cinema i was in had a tear at the bottom of the screen which grabs your attention throught the movie!

A few weeks ago we were in the snack que and the ques were so long, when we eventuall got to the front we already missed 10 min op the movie (A Pets Life). Earlier that day I went to ask if my 3 year old had to pay full price for the ticket I was told no, that we could just take him in. when we got there the night, they made me pay full price, which I thought was bull**** as my son is 3 YEARS OLD!

I literally wish a Numetro could open here, Ster Kinekor need to learn a thing or 2 about service.

Very unpleasant experience! Not the first time either
