STER KINEKOR SERVICE SUCKS.

For Friday 1st October we had tickets booked for the opening of James Bond at Somerset Mall. Unfortunately there was a power failure & the movie could not be shown. We were told by them to call the contact centre for a refund.

I phoned numerous times yesterday & held on for lengthy periods of time. I have left a message. This again happened today. I have also emailed them with the problem & so far no response.

Ster Kinekor customer cares SUCKS !!! Little wonder that they are in business rescue. How can they ever win back customers with an attitude like this???
