Ster-Kinekor ruins good friday

Hi <br> <br> A little a tale of a family of three who went to the movies. They wanted to watch Fast and Furious7 , but wait they decided to go and watch it as Cinema Prestige . a bout an half hour into the movies it stops. five minutes later it starts and after a few minutes stops rolls back and plays again. and so it wen ton for about half an hour. I got up and informed the manager , he idea of fixing it was to send out his conversation friend and close the door on me . So I went back to my seat and waited. the movie then starts from the beginning. People got angry and so they managed to find the spot we were in and it played 10 minutes and then crashed again. management allowed this to go on for an hour and ten minutes killing this otherwise great action movie. I left to complain , and got my money refunded for the movie. When I tried to go back in to fetch my family . two of your staff stopped me and shouted that since I had been refunded I was no longer allowed back in , I tried to explain that I just wanted to fetch my son and wife inside but they did not give a bit , so I wasted 170 on sub standard snacks and four hours of my life,.
