Ster Kinekor robbing clients

I am extremely irritated and upset with Ster Kinekor Eastgate. My wife went to see a movie on Monday morning and when she went to book using her Vitality card the system kept saying that she had seen the movie she wanted to go watch and would not allow her to go any further, even though she had not watched that movie before. She tried booking another movie with same problem. The consultant just stood their with a dumb look on their face saying now what.

She then tried her ster kinekor movie card and also had problems. I know for a fact that both cards are in working order as we watched movies with the Vitality card in December and Jan and she used her SK movie card in Jan.

I am disgusted that she was forced into paying full price for a movie as a Vitality Movie card holder. This is not something i am prepared to accept and i am waiting for a response to have this issue sorted out.
