Ster-Kinekor refund
Booked movie tickets online for Avengers Endgame on Tuesday 2 April 2019. Money went off my account but never received the tickets. Contacted Ster Kinekor the next day and was notified that their system crashed and that everyone who tried to purchase tickets would be refunded within 48 hours. Today is the 16 April 2019, 2 weeks later and no refund. Pathetic!
