Ster-Kinekor Prestige is a rip-off

Very, very disappointing first experience with Ster-Kinekor Prestige at The Zone Rosebank yesterday. Nobody could care less about checking our tickets. Had to call for service in the lounge. Then only beers and soft drinks available. Asked for a bottle of wine. Told that they'd run out of stock! (There's a liquor store just below). My seat A2 didn't recline and there's a dangerous gap between A2 and A3 which can't be seen in the dark. I fell into it. All the Ster-Kinekor complex managers should visit Nu Metro VIP to see how it is done. And what "gourmet menu"?! It's absolutely false advertising.
