Ster-Kinekor Prestige

<p>On the 21st March 2017 I went to Mall of Africa to watch Kong. The movies were quite full however we did manage to purchase two seats at the prestige Cinema. When we arrived at the movie there was only one seat and the other seat was an empty space for wheel chairs.</p> <p> </p> <p>We paid for two prestige tickets. The recliner seats and so on and only got one the other seat was a chair that was fetched from the lounge outside the movies,</p> <p> </p> <p>I just dont believe that its fair to pay for something and not get what was paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i wanted a normal seat I would have booked it by the normal movies and not prestige.</p>
