Ster kinekor poor service

Yesterday I attempted on the Ster kinekor app to book for Ten rings movie 3D prestige at gateway for the 11.45 show

After making payment and sending the details to my wife she noticed the date was for yesterday

The booking was made for Friday when I selected Saterday

Upon realizing this I mailed Ster kinekor to address as I had made payment for a movie I obviously could not attend

I told them the issue and they said they would address and make a new booking

They have since not come back to me it’s absolutely shocking service

The original date I selected was for today and still now they have not come back to me
