Ster-Kinekor Poor Feedback

Hello Peter<br> <br> I would like to let the public know about the terrible service that I experienced at the ster-kinekor gateway branch. Basically we got to the place just over an hour early our show was 17:30 . We bought the coupons for our popcorn and coke . From that point it was a nightmare we stood for about a hour in the line waiting for our food and hence missing 20 minutes of the movies . We spoke to the manager on duty and he promised a refund . But to date I have gotten nothing back . I received a call from the customer services rep who promised to call me back in 10 min but that was a week ago . Shame on you ster-kinekor , your service has gone down the toilet as I can see you guys really don't care about the customer with all your false promises . Your Ref is - 31462
