STER KINEKOR PATHETIC

ive activated my Vitality via Discovery medical with the main reason for the Ster Kinekor movie card as I take my 2 yr old to watch the animated movies. Since activating this card, ive been to 4 Ster Kinekor movie houses and each and every time I get there and try activate this movie card, I get told that they are off line and cant help me. so in actual fact, where I should be not paying for my son to watch a movie and my wife and myself to pay half price, ive had to pay full price each and every time. Ive called Discovery and they assure me that there is no fault from there side, ive called the Ster Kinekor call centre twice now and each time, im told that a query has been logged and someone will be in contact with me to activate this card, up till today, im still waiting for this call back to resolve this issue. I don't know wether I should cancel my vitality via Discovery or but ill be in contact with them again today.
