Ster-kinekor Parow centre deserves 0 stars. I have always came to this branch, but this weekend I was very disappointed with how things were being ran by this outlet. How can you purchase your snacks and expect to drink warm cool drink? How can staff members or management not think this is an issue? Yes the ice machine was non functional but at least give the people the alternatives by telling them there is slushies available in stead of the cool drink, due to the ice machine being out of order. Would you expect that a loyal client must drink warm cool drink and suffer from stomach discomfort there after? Put forth your alternatives if one is compromised. Let me also point out your COVID 19 protocols. No where was there hand sanitizers to be found or offered. No temperature readings was taken to assure some kind of precaution. And then we finally get to the room itself... One seat apart is really not 1 meter away. I could literally extend my arm to my side and touch the next person on the head, that is how little distance there is. How is this maintaining social distance? Then we come to room ventilation... Do you even have working air-cons seeing that your ice machine was not working. The entire show there was no air-con and no proper ventilation. Does people really need to suffocate or sweat while trying to enjoy a show? I am very disappointed with this outlet. I will no longer attend shows there or recommend anyone to go there
