Ster Kinekor - overfilling theatres

We bought back seat isle tickets for a reason and staff brought a lady and a child with a garden chair and put them next to us. The child was running around and climbing over chairs and making so much noise we could barely watch. When I approached staff they did nothing. The woman proceeded to start screaming at us for complaining and shoving her hand in my partners face screaming at us to shut up. She was aggressive and rude. Eventually my partner had to leave his seat and the cinema because she did not stop. I stayed because my kids were in the movie but could barely watch a thing as this child and mother carried on. On top of this they were eating and drinking out of snacks from her handbag - which other patrons were not allowed to do. The managers response is \well you're only coming to me now\"!<br> at the end of the movie. This is unacceptable because I had called her staff in to assist when it happened and nothing was done about it.<br> I then emailed their offices (ref 31400) and no response has been received."
