Ster-Kinekor out of cold drinks

Good day<br> <br> I am very unsatisfied with the service received by the Ster-Kinekor branch of the Greenstone Shopping Centre.<br> <br> 1stly: we purchased our tickets online for Fast and Furious 7 so that we can get our tickets from the collection point. To our surprise the collection point machine was not picking our reference, nor the credit card. We requested help from one of the staff members, who advised us to stand in the que of the bookings to get our tickets. (We booked online to avoid the ques).<br> <br> 2ndly: We stood in line to get a popcorn combo and was told that our combos will be given with bottled water.<br> we questioned this, to find out that they had no water to make an slush puppies or cold drinks. They had no canned cold drinks either only Liqui-fruit and bottled water.<br> <br> 3rdly: We tried to pay for our popcorn by card, only to be told that their swiping machines were not working.<br> eventually we found enough cash to pay. we tried advising a staff member to put up a notice & she pointed us to the front counter walking away from us.<br> <br> i am very disappointed in this service, considering it was a long festive weekend, we expected the staff to be well equipped to help clients.
