Ster Kinekor online booking took my money and did not send my tickets

I booked tickets online with ster kineknor and their fnb paygate crashed but only after the transaction went through taking my money. I contacted their customer care twice before getting on the line with a consultant, who said she would get back to me and never did. I called a third time and the consultant said the transaction failed and would be reversed and that we should book again. Booked again, same issue. So I contacted my bank, and I was informed that no reversals had taken place on either transaction. I called customer care again and after 10 minutes of hold cut the call. Still have not been able to resolve this issue with them. Their online booking form is useless and do not recommend using this platform.
