Ster-Kinekor Online booking system *****s your money!
I booked 2 tickets online with Ster-Kinekor at the start of February 2018. The tickets were debited 3 times from my bank account. I complained on the Ster-Kinekor website, where after Ster-Kinekor promised on the 8 February via e-mail that I would be refunded. I forwarded them the necessary information for the refund. Till today NO REFUND, ZERO COMMUNICATION. I followed up via email on the 20 February 2018, with no response from Ster-Kinekor. YOU SUCK!
