Ster kinekor Online booking disaster
Booked online 27 may for avengers movie at cavendish mall at 11am. Paid the money, got no reference ticket to my email. Staff at ster kinekor looked so confused when i told them whats going on. They said i will get a refund. 3rd may and no refund. Customer care just doesnt care so why call it customer care? This is so frustrating. In short SK just says they dont care. I wont be supporting SK anymore since you guys clearly dont care about the source of your income ( your customers ). I'll be sharing this to everyone i know.
