Ster Kinekor online booking deducted my money without giving me tickets

I made a booking for a movie on the website. The amount was deducted from my bank account but I wasn't issued tickets. I then called customer care and they said the amount will be refunded and they can book me a brand new set of tickets. I went through with it and I got my tickets with the new amount also being deducted from my bank account. I checked the next day and the original amount was still not refunded. I then emailed ster kinekor the proof of the amount being deducted from my account and its been almost 5 days and i still haven't received any feedback from them. Am i going to get my money back???!!!
