Ster Kinekor not up to standard.

On the 22nd Dec.2023 I ordered a gift card for my son's Christmas present. It was paid up front and I checked that the amount had been deducted from my bank account. The order was confirmed by the company. It still has not been received and numerous phone calls and an email have not helped.
