STER-KINEKOR, NOT A HAPPY PLACE
On Sunday evening we went to the Ster-Kinekor in Irene Mall to watch ****** on the Orient Express but the cinema had technical issues and we had to watch another movie instead. On Tuesday evening our whole family of six wanted to buy two tickets for ****** on the Orient Express and four for Paddington 2 but was informed due to the rain, the tickets could only be bough online. When we tried to buy the six tickets online, Ster-Kinekor’s website did not work, meaning we could not buy any tickets at all. This is really poor service and it seems that Ster-Kinekor is no longer in the business of providing service. I would really like to hear from Ster-Kinekor why we should still support them and not go to other cinemas going forward as we never experienced problems like this with any of the other cinemas.
