Ster Kinekor - Northgate - Service Bad

I went to Northgate Ster Kinekor to see Star Wars having confirmed with Viola the cashier that the movie started at 09h15 on Saturday 13/01/2018, we sat in the theatre until 09h20 only then to be advised that the movied started at 19h15! I requested a refund from Viola, who said she would give me a refund but as it was their mistake we could go view another movied. Dineo then arrived with her stunning customer service hat on and told me NO we cannot get a refund if we were going to see another movie. Such appalling service from a struggling industry. Dineo should not be customer facing rather keep her behind closed doors.
