Ster Kinekor Northgate Manager Attitude Problem

About two Fridays ago, my friend and I went to Northgate to watch a movie. I checked the Ster Kinekor website and they had a mid day show. We get there and they say the cinema is wet and we'll have to wait for the five o clock show. We said unacceptable! So they went and called a manager. This woman comes out with a terrible attitude. I explain to her that they gave no warning on the website or in front of the cinema. She kept getting ruder to us, by the minute. Not apologetic, but acting like we have a cheek for expecting to see the movie or be notified before we drove all the way there. We have been loyal customers who go there at least once a month, but usually more. We left upset and she made no effort to apologize or stop us. I cannot believe that she can be a manager, when she treats customers like they are nothing. How on earth are you letting this kind of behavior take place at your Cinema's? Northgate is a thing of the past for us. I never want to run into her again, so I will try other Ster Kinekor Cinema's and I hope the managers there are professional and nice people. With a manager like her, you might as well close that Cinema down, no one will enjoy the experience.
