Ster-kinekor no service and took my money 2 months after subscription was cancelled

The worst company ever, as I am typing this already 10minutes holding on the phone to speak to anyone, I cancelled SK subscription because could never book a ticket and get the discount online and when phoning in could not get any assistance, and now to crown it all after 2 months they took almost R1000 from my account, after I spoke to them and sent an email to cancel, now I cant get hold of anyone to get my money back. Will never support them and do not recommend anyone to make the SK subscription.
