Ster Kinekor - No Customer Service

Hi. We have tried to apply for Ster Kniekor Movie Card at Irene Mall. They told us to apply online. We have tried this - Doesn't work. We phoned your customer service department several time - but no answer. We pressed 9 for them to phone us back. Still nothing. The service is pathetic.
