Ster Kinekor N1 City needs a revamp

<p>Hi <br /> <br /> I would like to inform you how disappointed I am with the N1 City Ster Kinekor….i took my kids to the movies last night and to my disappointment chose N1 City.<br /> <br /> Please give this branch your immediate attention. We had to stand in one of the longest queues ever….firstly none of the 3 automated machines were working so we could not book our tickets at the ticketline machines. This was not enough then there was only 2 cashiers working to service what I would say a fullhouse evening.<br /> <br /> It took us half an hour to get tickets. Then to the refreshment queue …here only 1 cashier was assisting and screaming to the staff at the back to come help as she cannot serve all this people on her own….omw how unprofessional for Ster Kinekor. I buy a slush for my daughter and this is not the desired texture so I take it back….the machines is not working right so I decide to replace it with a coke…. this machine too have no gas in it …by now I am edgy as my movie Spiderman gonna start …so I tell the assistant to refund me rather to which she responds oh if u watching spiderman it starts at 20h20 ….so in other words she expects me to wait for the gas to come through and go into the movie late…what about my sanity of being on time for the show including the trailers ,….<br /> <br /> Please sort this out as we, the public go for a movie to relax and not have this kind of issues …I spent R80 x 5 for tickets 3D movie…and about the same for refreshments and for this I expect good environment, good service and a good clean cinema which I definitely did not get last night …<br /> <br /> This is not the first time I go to N1 City and have none of the machines working its become a norm here ….someone is neglecting this cinema and we are running the losses<br /> <br /> I want feedback from Ster Kinekor in this regard<br /> <br /> Hasiena Khan<br /> ********** <br /><br /></p>
