Ster-Kinekor N1 City frigid cinemas.

Went to watch Spiderman movie. The cinema was frigid and after asking staff if it's normal to sit there uncomfortably freezing for 2hr28min they said it's protocol. Spoke to the manager who refused to alter the temperature or refund or provide a voucher we walked out BEFORE the movie even started. No sense of customer satisfaction or service felt. We lost out and will never return to N1 city Ster-Kinekor ever.
