Ster Kinekor MUST FALL
Watching a movie supposed to be a relaxing way to de-stress! But the only thing we got out if going to Gateway Ster Kinekor were levels of the most atrocious service! Their services are Beyond pathetic! Both technology and staff....we are regular movie goers and have been to this cinema every single weekend for a while desoite their exorbitant prices. However, the annoyance that we had to deal with each occasion put us off and we decided to move to better places like Nu Metro at Cornubia. After almost 6 months, today we decided to give Gateway Ster Kinekor a try again thinking they have their ducks in a row. Much to our Dismay, absolutely no change! No improvement still, self service machines don't work, booking process is a total flop and the beyond pathetic, arrogant, unhelpful staff attitude still exist!
Please fix this! It's borderline ridiculous
