Ster-Kinekor - Mum and Grandchild grabbed pulled and forced out !!!! PATHEIC SERVICE !

Worst Service and Treatment Ever !!!!

My mum daughter and I visted Forset Hill Mall on sunday evening around 5:20pm to watch The Wedding Kadasamy , we had met some family members there as well and since we were all running late we used the self service and booked tickets,

My mum was carrying my daughter as she was sleeping so we booked and i told them to go inside while we get drinks and popcorn

The gentlement that checks tickets named Celemetine , Advised my mum that there was an aged restriction and she cannot go in with my 6 year old daughter,

So we asked him can we get the tickets changed to something that we can take her into, He rudely said yes do and do it urself at the counter ,My mum than called me and i asked him can we take her in if she gets up we will bring her out,

They guy ignored us and started attending to other ppl tickets telling them they cannot take a bottle of water in and started a comotion with them so i told my mum to go inside i am coming,

when i got to him after getting my food and drinks, he refused to allow me in so he walks up to my mum who was standing at the door waiting and pulled her grabbing her by her jesery pulling her out,

My daughter got up in a shock screaming and crying , i took her away and human nature flipped and shouted at him and asked him to call his manager,

He repiled if you want to see her follow me, i said i am not going with you anywhere go and call your manager NOW , she comes back asking me for my ticket goes back and screams across the room for her lady, ,

The Manager than arrives Naphtaly N****so , My mum explained she is a captain aat Lyttleton police station the gentlemen harrssed her grab her and what if she droped her grandchild down the stairs , he was rude to the core had an atitude of note, we explained to the manager and said we are willinyl to change tickets however he had no dam right to pull and grab and drag a person as if he is owned the place,

My mum advised that she can have him arrested for this and get him fired, the gentlemen infront of his manager torn and squased our tickets and threw it infront of our face and walked away,

The manager just looked at him and did nothing about what his occured all she said was she is sorry,

she than asked us to sit in a kiddies cartoon which was only 20 minutes left of the movies , since this movie was almost at the end the gentlmen stood at the door and watched us,

So we got up and left, Family and Friends that went in to watch The wedding has pictures of all the other under age children that were sitting in this movies we have pictures if the kids that were underaged that were allowed in and they want to talk about "PG rated".

The manager didnt even try to make my daughter or mum feel better by offering maybe another ticket or refund or something,

All she said was you can watch this movie and give my glasses back when you are done,

This is patheic , this boy needs to be taught a lesson who the hell gives him the right to put his hand on a women, It would of been a totally different story had it not only been ladies and all our partneers were with us, Obivosuly this guy would be been badly hurt for doing what he did, and the situtation would of been out of control.

i need someone to please contact me regarding this, as it is a matter of urgency i am in utter shock that this is the way the gentlemen carried on,

My mum is opening case against him and we will also take the matter to every social media and social plattfroms avaliable if we do not have any response asap,
