Ster Kinekor - Movie *******

So I went to Norhtgate to finally watch Fast7 today , and after purchasing my popcorn , chocolates and cooldrink , for both of us , we settle in and wait for the movie to begin .. and we wait ... and wait .. only to be told there is a technical difficulty , now i understand these things happen , and we received 2 complimentary tickets from the manager , however when i enquired about the other R200 odd i spend on popcorn and cooldrinks , i was politely advised that these are not refundable ! , so my complimentary tickets now come with the additional cost of popcorn and cooldrink .. again !!! Hows that for fair - really expected more from Ster Kinekor.
