Rude and arrogant staff.
Me and my spouse booked the 20:00 3D Lion King movie on Thursday 12 September. When 3D vision started, I recognised my glasses where faulty and the lence was bended. I went back to the popcorn station and asked the lady if I could possibly exchange the glasses for a working pair. Her response was that it is impossible for the pair to be faulty and that she would not exchange. After showing her the pair and explaining, she still refused, and this time with an unwanted attitude. At this stage I already missed the intro and returned to the theatre where I heard and saw her impersonating me in a mockery manner to her collegues about me being unhappy about the glasses. Me and my spouse ended up leaving the theatre as I could not enjoy the blurry vision.
Team, please advice as to what one should do in such a situation. This was extremely unpleasant
