Ster Kinekor - Money theft - Taking food out of my family's mouth

Bought Imax tickets for Avengers Endgame on the 2nd of April, Ster Kinekor took my money, but did not receive my tickets. Understood, the website crashed, and I am okay with this. What I am NOT okay with, is the fact that i was told my money would be refunded in 24 hours. Then dont get response from them at all. Monday I got informed they would only refund me NEXT WEEK! I am NOT rich, and R320.00 for me was a huge amount of Money! My Birthday is Saturday and I will not sit without money as i had to go pay out more money to buy my tickets for my family at Nu Metro! Shame on you Ster Kinekor. I am a vitality member as well, but will be complaining to them that they should open tickets up to Nu Metro instead of holding us Hostage at Ster Kinekor. Pay my money back IMMEDIATELY!
