Ster-Kinekor - Management of Conduct and Etiquette

Service is usually on point, however I think strict rules should apply with regards to managing conduct in the theaters. I had terrible experiences on the last two occasions. The first one where a person infront of me kept looking at his phone, with the light coming on extremely bright, clearly following some trading site(bitcoin), it was non stop through out the movie and this happened in Prestige where you pay extra for comfort, undisturbed spacious surroundings.

The second bad experience was where the movie (Mean Girls, 14.30, 13.01.24) was off for about 15 minutes due to loadshedding. a person from the audience had to get up to report only then did staff come in to tell us what's happening. Then it came back on without picture, the same person from audience had to get up and notify staff to correct. Then eventually it was back on where it was rewinded so far back wasting our time. The picture quality was also very dull. There was also a very I'll mannered, uncouth individual who thought he was sitting in his lounge and had his feet up and dirty shoes on the seat infront of him. How pathetic, that is an insult to all other paying customers who will now go and sit in that same seat unaware of what happened there. Ster Kinekor needs to up their game with managing overall conduct in theater and customers should learn how to respect other people and the use of theater.
