Ster kinekor mall of the north pathetic !

Since the start of covid 19 i did not go see a movie in 3years time ( i know the cinemas were closed for some time) but now in 2022 i decided to take my wife to go see the new batman movie , paid R180 for 2 tickets and a nother R200 for popcorn and drink etc, what a total waste of money , the picture quaility was so bad could not see most of the movie clearly ( and yes i know ..tha batman.. is a dark type ( shadows and nightime scenes ) but it looks like an old plasma tv , and the sound quality was the worst i have ever heard in a cinema could not here the dialogue and even the action scenes were not loud i think my phone has better visuals and sound . Fix youre equipment before you charge full price for a ******* experience ,( i did ask the staff member to go talk to the operater ) nothing happend. And just a reminder this is in mall of the north in polokwane first week of the batman showing in cinema 1 ,

3years i wated to go see a movie, and from this experience wil be my last cinema movie, i have a way better experience at home .
