Ster-Kinekor Mall of Africa. No customer service - Never again will we waist our time at Ster- Kinekor

Today I took my husband and 3 small children to watch an early 10 am movie at Ster-Kinekor Mall of Africa. when we arrived we found a lady manning the counter. At first she was uninterested, when we asked her questions on movie times which were clearly not displayed. Then next when we continued to ask, she was rude and dismissive and angry! No customer service at all. The lady had an angry face and so much attitude, yet we were amongst the first customers there.

The worst thing is that she just left us there, mid conversation with our issue still unresolved and served the next customer who was standing next to us. The thing is, this was not the first time we experience shabby customer service at the Same branch. When Sonic 2 came out, we went there and received terrible customer service from a gentleman who was manning the counter desk.

we left without our kids seeing the movie, and we have resolved that we will no longer waste our time by going to any Ster Kinekor. Instead we will watch Netflix, Disney-plus at home,

Management at Ster-Kinekor must train their stuff.
