That place was a mess! There were ridiculously long lines because they have a system that uses the same queue for buying tickets, redeeming online tickets and buying snacks!!!! What is the point of buying a ticket online if I still have to stand in the same queue as someone who hasn't bought a ticket yet? 60% of us were 10-20 minutes late for the movie.
No aircon in the cinema!
Sound on the right side was non existent!
Why pay premium price for an IMAX movie if you're going to get a sub-par experience?
