Ster-Kinekor - LIVING UP TO CUSTOMER STANDARDS IRRESPECTIVE COVID-19

Despite the trials and tribulations we are facing today and amidst the COVID-19 epidemic crisis, there are business that really strive to satisfy their customers. in these processes, you get very difficult customers and critiques that wants to make the lives of these business more harder. After experiencing an incident with one of such companies being Ster-Kinekor, and saw the effort they put in to care for their customers and satisfy them at all times, my viewpoint of being a customer to the business really took another turn and that is to be positive towards any business irrespective the challenges we face as they are also facing more challenges than you as an individual.

So, a few weeks ago i had a very bad experience at Ster-Kinekor Parow. In my opinion their standard was not according to mine and i was very upset. I wrote a review about it on Hello Peter and also got in contact with Ster-Kinekor through their Facebook page. In my opinion is just wanted things to be my way and because i had a bad experience, i wanted them to hear me.

After explaining my story to the consultant, the matter was dealt with very professional and the matter was resolved. The outcome was above my expectation as they compensated me in both what i paid for and extra movie tickets (yippee - now i can relive my experience in a much positive way).

I came to the conclusion that whatever your experience is with any business, communication is the key. The way you carry yourself and address any matter, whether be good or bad, a positive attitude will turn the tide. We must realize that businesses are nothing without people, hence we must be compassionate and addressing situations from our sides in a civilized and positive manner and think of the other party as being just as human. After all, you must have had some good experiences with a business at some point in time. Why bad-mouth a business over one bad experience and forget about all the good experiences

So thank you very much Ster-Kinekor for living up to your standards and serve me above my expectations. :-) :-) :-)
