Ster-Kinekor lies
Booked for a movie online, paid for the ticket and the snacks. The website promised to have an "online collection counter"... I get there just before movie time and find that I have to go que in the VERY LONG que to collect.
The most frustrating thing is why you have to lie on the website? Couldn't you just be clear that booking online has no advantages cause clearly it was a useless exercise?
Please please fix this
