Ster Kinekor Let-Down

On the 20th of January I made a booking online with ster kinekor for tickets for the 25th of January 2020. Upon my checking of said tickets on the 25th of January 2020 I noted that they indicated the date of the 24th of january 2020. I visited the said branch and they refused to assist and directed me to the the following number: ***.

I subsequently contacted the same number and requested resolution. The date that I selected online versus the date that reflected on the ticket did not match.

Instead of offering a resolution, the team refused to assist. I was advised that the tickets that I paid for were forfeited.

My first call was dropped bu the first agent I spoke to. On my second call was the first time I was referred to a team leader. Who shut down my query of their online fault.

I find it tough to swallow how the team spoken to were so keen to dismiss the call. They further advised me that several clients with the same concerns have had their queries dismissed and that this is the norm. With the hyperinflated cost of tickets for movie goers I feel that this dismissal is in poor taste. At this rate, if this isnt resolved with satisfaction then this is the last time i will support this franchise. Disappointed.
