Ster kinekor kolonade freezing

I am a single father who saved to take my kids to kolonade ster kinekor to watck Luca. What a terrible experience, firstly they showed us to the wrong theater where it was pitch black, eventually when in the correct theater it was freezing, so cold that we had to walk out after 30 minutes, It cost me R294 which I lost!! Can't they warn you to take warm clothes??
