Ster-Kinekor Itene Mall / YOU SUCK!!!!

I took my son on 16 June to see a movie. We arrived 40 minutes before the movie started. (Booked and paid tickets online.)

Buying snacks took an hour, I was send between the snack counter and the “self service” unit muliple times, but as usual the system did not work.

Eventualy received our snacks and entered the cinema 20 minutes into the movie.

The Air-confitioner in Cinema 5 was not working, it is was freezing!

Ster-kinekor Irene Mall, you suck, the experienced was unpleasant.

Close your doors, you are wasting your customers money with your incompetence.
