ster kinekor is pathetic

On the 10th of April I called in the call centre to make a booking for ff7 for the 11th April 17:00 10seats at rosebank zone the person assisting processed the payment on my credit card the next day when going to watch the movie the person that assisted me made the booking for the Friday not the Saturday when speaking to the manager goerge he said it was my fault because I made the booking he was very reluctant to assist us but he eventually did and gave us seats for the 20:00 show but even that we got terrible seats it will be the first and last time I ever make a booking with ster kinekor and will rather stick with numetro as I have never experienced such pathetic service before this will be broadcasted to every social network I can possibly think of because just as myself and family was humiliated so will ster kinekor
