<p>What on earth is going on with your information and ticket booking services?</p> <p>1. Your iOS app currently has information available for 6 out of 31 cinemas in Gauteng, nothing else.<br />2. Your website only offers information and/or bookings for about 5 cinemas in the ENTIRE country for Friday 11 November and onwards. That's only 3 days in the future...</p> <p>When you transition to a new website and/or app you first make sure the interim or new offering actually works before just going live with a minimum viable product that is not even viable at all.</p> <p>This is a terrible customer experience, and you shold really have made sure the new website and data services worked before switching over, particularly at the start of Oscar season...</p> <p>Unacceptable...</p>

Ignore the "Sign in" part, choose the movie and cinema, the time and number of seats. The website gives you card options for which to book. Then there is a grey space next to the number of tickets. Add the loyalty card number, then click on "add", and if you chose more seats and have another card number, please add that now, in the same space as before. Only one card number at a time can be inserted. Then it takes you to the cinema seating plan where you can choose the seats. After that you insert your name, email and contact details and credit card details.
