Ster Kinekor *****ing my money
Did online booking, took my money from my bank, online ster kinekor website then says unsuccessful payment and won't give me my tickets. Doesn't give my money back info my bank app, and the number on the website to call says doesn't exist. ***?!

07 Oct 2025, 10:59Had to Google a number, got hold of a lady who said system is offline and it should auto refund but she doesn't know by when. Please update the number on your website and please provide your staff with the information that most customers will be asking for during situations like this. E.g what is the basic turnaround time for these types of refunds to reflect back in accounts. Thank you
