Ster-kinekor - I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I purchased 4 tickets on the 19th of July. I never received tickets and have been phoning back and forth the head office to try and get my money back. It’s been a month and I am still fighting for my money. The customer care team was absolutely appalling, head office team keeps telling me they are waiting for it to to be escalated further. Honestly I’m appalled and disgusted by their service. Getting my money back has been a mission impossible!!!!
