Ster-Kinekor horrific service and stock levels

It is the second time in school holidays that we went to River Square Ster-Kinekor in Three Rivers, Vereeniging that I have experienced the most shocking service.<br> Today 15-07-2015 was the second time I took my two children in school holiday to the movies. After purchasing our tickets I was told that there was no 3D glasses for the children and was given adult glasses that did not come close to fit my 3year or 6year old. The lines were queuing up so at the kiosk that most customers didn't even bother to buy anything. While I took the children inside the cinema my husband stood in the kiosk queue and waited over 40minutes to be attended by one of the only two employees at the kiosk. After waiting 40minutes he was told there is no slush puppy, no cream soda and no small boxes for the kiddies popcorn. How is it possible that at both separate occasions IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS there is no slush puppy? How can a kiosk run out of kiddies popcorn boxes IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS? Run out of kiddies 3D glasses IN SCHOOL HOLIDAYS? Run out of cream soda? The excuse cannot be this was the first time cause it was most definitely not!! The manager did not do planning accordingly!! Shocking!!
