Ster kinekor Greenstone mall. Avoid

Thee most absolutely useless place and horrible experience. Took the kids to watch Lion King last night and it was so disappointing.

Booked tickets and snacks online.

Arrived 30mins prior to show time, to a line extending way probably 150 long and extending way outside the ster kinekor area.

After waiting for ages, managed to print tickets and get into the cinema without any snacks or the 3D glasses.

Cinema was absolutely filthy. Popcorn strewn everywhere.

Went out as the movie started to get the 3D glasses so I can get to watch the movie we paid for. Line still so long.

No staff to assist. Finally get someone to assist and they manage to get me 3D glasses. Missed 20min of the show.

Still no snacks.

Returned 1 hour into the movie. Line shorter. Guess what. No popcorn. Have to wait for staff to bring from the back. So another 15min wait. No concern by staff.

So in all probably spend nearly half my time outside the cinema trying to get stuff booked and paid online.

Minimal staff on site. Seemed so overwhelmed by the crowds.

A night meant to be spent relaxing and enjoying the show was spent frustrated by Ster kinekor.
